Factory replacement for the P365-XMACRO / FUSE grip module. It features a true 1913 accessory rail and three interchangeable backstraps (S, M, L) to ensure a proper fit for the user’s hand. The medium backstrap comes preinstalled.
Compatible with all P365 FCUs (Fire Control Unit) except manual safety versions. Does not work with the CA P365 FCU due to the magazine disconnect safety.
Note: A compatible length slide assembly (P365XL or XMACRO length) and magazine (XMACRO or FUSE length) must be used.
