The Kiral Defense™ Improved Profile / Shock-Absorbing Backstrap for Walther® PDP (Polymer Frame) is an innovative upgrade designed to enhance your pistol’s ergonomics and recoil management.
- Failsafe Design – The firearm will continue to function even if the backstrap is damaged or detached.
- Enhanced Grip Profile – The backstrap provides a straightened profile in order to eliminate the factory hump (which tends to create a hot spot in the middle of the palm after long range sessions) and also increases the amount of surface area available for a firm grip. Both changes help improve pistol stability during the trigger press and allow for better accuracy.
- Improved Grip Angle for Less Muzzle Flip – This backstrap adjusts the grip angle to mimic the classic 1911. When installed, the PDP points even more naturally and the muzzle is easier to control through the firing cycle, providing faster sight acquisition under rapid fire conditions.
- Shock-Absorbing Polyurethane Insert: The backstrap’s flexible insert is engineered to reduce the amount of felt recoil delivered through the web of the hand, offering an extra layer of comfort and stability.
