• Failsafe Design – The firearm will continue to function even if the backstrap is damaged or detached.
• 1911-inspired Grip Angle – This backstrap dramatically adjusts the grip angle to match the classic 1911, providing much improved comfort by reducing wrist strain, and it also helps speed up sight acquisition by improving the natural pointing angle of the pistol.
• Improved Trigger Reach – With a resulting trigger reach between 2.8-2.9 inches to match many other full-size pistols, this backstrap provides greater consistency for finger placement on the trigger pad, allowing for a more controlled and consistent press. This leads to better accuracy and a smoother shooting experience.
• Shock-Absorbing Polyurethane Construction – The ruggedized TPU construction features a compressible core that absorbs and disperses some of the sharp, straight-back recoil that the Alien is famous for, offering an extra layer of comfort and stability.
